Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and all courier-serviced regional cities and towns. Availability for your address will be confirmed during checkout or by our support team before dispatch.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–4 business days for major metropolitan areas and 4–5 business days for regional towns, depending on your location.
These are estimates. Public holidays, weather, courier disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery. We will communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges and any applicable free-delivery conditions are shown before you place your order. Any additional charge requires your agreement.
Current Checkout Logistics Baseline:
- Standard Parcel Delivery: Rs. 200 flat rate across Pakistan.
- Free Delivery Threshold: Free nationwide delivery on all orders over Rs. 3,999.

Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking details through the contact information provided with your order (via SMS, email, or WhatsApp).
Address and Delivery Issues
Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If delivery fails, contact us so we can help arrange the next step. Any applicable redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or has missing items, contact us promptly with your order details. Photographs of the parcel, product, and label can help us investigate.
